Each module, apart from the e-learning educational material and communication with tutors, includes eight (8) seven-hour long live Tutorial Meetings (TMs).

The TMs are organized on Saturday or Sunday and are announced timely. They can take place either in a classroom, or via teleconference, skype etc.

In addition, extra 40 hours of teaching per module can be foreseen, including office hours, tutoring, laboratory exercises etc.   

The TMs are conducted in Athens, Thessaloniki and Patras, taking into account the residence of participants.

Program participants' are organized in groups of minimum 30 people and an academic supervisor is assigned for each group.

From the beginning of the program and for each module, a detailed Study Timetable will be provided, which will include the TMs's dates and the essays' deadlines (4 essays per module).

Each module starts in October and ends in June, with the final exam.
